Turkey Fully funded scholarship is a Government funded scholarship to help support qualified international students to study in Turkey. The aim of this scholarship is to raise generations that will produce solutions to problems of their countries as well as our world, have equality of opportunity and a supra-national perspective. This scholarship opportunity will enhance cultural integration and mutual relation with other countries.
Turkey Fully Funded Scholarship Details :
Application Timeline :15th January – to – 20th February every year for general scholarship.
Success Scholarship : October to November every year.
Eligible Countries: Open to all countries except Turkish students.
Host Institutions : Turkish Universities.
Type of Degree : Undergraduate, Master’s, and PhD.
Fields of Study : Courses offered at the universities.
Number of Scholarship Seats Available : Several.
Host Country : Turkey.
Turkey Fully funded Scholarship include both scholarship and university placement application at the same time. Applicants need not to submit additional application to host institutions for admission. Applicants will be placed in a university and programme among their preferences specified in the online application form. Candidates can apply only one scholarship programme in accordance with their educational background and academic goals.
Turkey Fully Funded Scholarship Eligibility:
To be eligible for Turkiye scholarship;
1 . applicants must be a citizen of a country other than Turkey.
2 . Candidate can not be a registered student in Turkish universities at the level of study they are applying.
3 . Undergraduate candidates should be under the age of 21 years.
Master’s program applicants should be under the age of 30 years.
Doctoral program applicants should be under the age of 35 years.
4 . Applicants should have a minimum of 70% academic achievements to apply for bachelor’s programmes.
Master’s and Doctoral applicants must have minimum of 75% academic achievement to apply.
Note : Minimum academic achievement for Health Science (Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmacy) applicants is 90%.
5 . Applicants should be physically and emotionally fit to stay for longer period abroad. Should not have any health problems barrier to education.
6 . Applicants who will graduate by the end of this academic term can apply. Thus final year students who are set to graduate before September and have or expecting good Academic grades can apply.

Scholarship Required Documents
1 . Duly filled Online application.
2 . A certified high school, bachelor and/or master’s certificate and transcript (indicating courses taken and relevant grades of the candidate).
3 . A well scanned copy of original bachelor or master’s diploma or document indicating that the candidate is bachelor or master’s senior student.
4 . A copy of a valid ID card (passport, national ID, birth certificate etc.)
5 . Clear Passport photo.
6 . Language test scores (if required by the chosen university & program)
7 . A research proposal and an example of your written work (for PhD applicants only)
Turkey Fully Funded Scholarship Value :
The Scholarship covers the following;
- Monthly stipend (600 TL for undergraduate, 850 TL for master and 1.200 TL for PhD)
- Full tuition fee. Students will study for free.
- 1-year Turkish language course .
- Free accommodation .
- Once-off Return Flight Ticket
- Health insurance
Duration of Scholarship: The scholarship is valid for the duration of studies including one year Turkish language course.
